Career Fairs.. CEM is there!
CEM participated in two career fairs at U of M this year in October and January and intend to maintain a presence at more future recruiting/ career fair events. CEM’s freshly designed new display booth provides CEM with the professional platform to reach out and educate students about the Consulting Engineering industry. Much thanks to Chairman Danny Zaborniak, the members of his CEM Image Committee, and our valued volunteer engineers for their outstanding work promoting awareness of our industry to pending graduates!
Reaction to CEM’s presence was very positive. Many engineering students are not fully aware of opportunities that exist with CEM member firms. This presence will work to create the needed awareness in our marketplace. The students prove to be very hungry for information on CEM once they are aware of the career opportunities possible with our industry.
